Guarantee and quality
When you receive your package, verify it is in a good state, and signal us any anomaly.
Contact us immediately to signal us the problem so that we can refund you.
Satisfied or refunded
In France (only), the customer has 14 working days from the date of delivery, to return
any item not satisfied with and ask for an exchange or a refund without
any charge (right of withdrawal).
We will refund you in the 14 days following your complaint.
Product must be returned in a perfect state, in its
original package, unused : please see our Conditions of Sale.
If you live out France, you can send us back the product (unused, at your cost) after informing us by email (we will give you the instructions, do not send back a parcel before receiving the green light).
